We accept returns with the original packaging within 30 days of your order receipt. Returns will be credited back to the original form of payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for return shipping fees. Returned items must be in original condition with accompanying proof-of-purchase (original invoice or packing slip) to receive a refund. We cannot issue refunds for final sale (clearance) items. Please send your return to the address below, using the carrier of your choice. We recommend that you ship your item with a carrier that provides tracking information as well as insurance. We will not be held liable for, nor will we refund or replace any products lost or damaged in transit.
Due to high volume of sales during the holiday season, return processing may take longer than usual. Please allow 7-10 days for your return to be processed after we have received it.
